How Can I Start a PBE Program at My Site?
Power Brain Education (PBE) is proud to offer on-site Brain Education (BE) trainings for hundreds of schools, businesses, senior centers, non-profits and community organizations. Please see below for steps you can take to start a PBE program at your facility.
1.Contact your PBE Coordinator
Contact your regional PBE Coordinator to discuss how we can introduce Brain Education programs to your organization. To receive the contact information for your area's PBE Coordinator, please email us at info@powerbrainedu.com
2.Arrange a Meeting with a PBE Representative
Our PBE Representative will meet with you and/or your administrative team to discuss the needs of your organization and how our BE programs can support your population.
3.Customize BE programs for your organization
Our BE Representative will work closely with you and/or your administrative team to personalize an effective BE system for your organization, utilizing a combination of BE programs based on your organization's needs.
Sample Introduction of BE to Your Organization
Option 1: Introductory BE Staff Workshop
(Lunch & Learn/Staff Meeting)
During this engaging and experiential 40-60 minute introduction,
our BE trainer(s) will:
- Explain the philosophy and scientific rationale behind Brain Education
- Share how area organizations utilize our programs
- Lead your staff through several hands-on BE activities that they can immediately use for themselves and with their population.
Following a brief Q&A, your staff will evaluate their experience and decide if they want further BE training. After the introductory workshop, the BE representative will evaluate the staff's feedback with your administration and recommend the best program(s) to meet your organization's needs. (Location: on site)
Option 2: Meeting with a PBE Representative
During this brief meeting, the PBE representative will present Brain Education to your organization's leadership team. This presentation will provide background information on the philosophy and scientific rationale of BE, and will emphasize how similar organizations implement our programs. After discussing in detail your organization's specific needs, the representative will provide an overview of our various programs and will work with you to customize an effective BE system. Our representatives are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about our programs and are committed to creating the most effective system possible for your community. (Location: on site; Duration: 30 minutes to an hour)
Option 3 (For Schools Only): Introductory BE Student Assembly
During this fun and meaningful 30-40 minute orientation, our BE trainer(s) will lead students through various BE exercises, activities and games designed to promote improved physical health, self-esteem, imagination and focus. Parents and teachers are also invited to attend to share in this engaging workshop. Based on feedback from the students, teachers and parents, we can recommend additional BE programs to enrich your school community. (Location: on site)
Option 4 (For Schools Only): Introductory BE Parent Workshop
As you know, positive parental involvement is a critical component of any successful school. This 40-minute session will explain the school programs we offer and allow parents the opportunity to experience several fundamental BE exercises and activities. Parents can then request additional BE workshops and/or reinforce what their children are learning at school. (Location: on site)
