Power Brain Education is based on the teachings of Ilchi Lee, a leading proponent of brain-based education, which he believes is the key to unlocking human potential and promoting a harmonious, peaceful world. He is the author of more than 30 books delving into human potential and spirituality, as well as the founder of numerous organizations based on brain education principles.

Through years of intense personal inquiry and study of both Eastern and Western wisdom, Ilchi Lee investigated and refined brain education techniques he believed could amplify human health, happiness, and potential. His Brain Education System Training (BEST) has been used by thousands of individuals worldwide, including business leaders like Hyundai's Ju Yung Chung to SK Corporation's Hyon Chey.

Ilchi Lee is a graduate of Dan-Kuk University of Seoul, South Korea, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Pathology and Physical Education. He was influenced early in life by the intersection of mind and body principles, and this interest, coupled with unanswered questions about the meaning of existence, led him to pursue answers through a disciplined, 21-day spiritual practice.

The insights Ilchi Lee discovered during that period of searching have formed the cornerstone of his brain education philosophy, and are the guiding principles of the organizations he has founded. Since the first Dahn Yoga Center he founded in 1985, his ideas have blossomed across the world and have influenced thousands of people to date.

Ilchi Lee is currently the president of the Korea Institute of Brain Science (KIBS), the University of Brain education (UBE), and the Global Cyber University in South Korea. He is also the chairman of the International Brain Education Association (IBREA).
